Emergency Chore Service (ECS) is a program that provides heavy housecleaning to return the home environment to a safe, healthy condition. ECS is meant to:
- Improve personal comfort and health
- Prevent eviction
- Support a healthy home environment
- Return the home to a safe environment for children
Utilizing trained and supervised personnel, Emergency Chore Service provides heavy cleaning of walls, floors, carpets and furniture, bathroom, kitchen, and other areas of the home containing safety hazards, debris removal and home safety assessments.
