Care DimensionsCare Dimensions (CD) is a care management program that helps build thorough, competent solutions for the difficulties surrounding today’s family. We specialize in developing a broad range of support for the elderly and /or disabled, their families and overburdened caregivers. CD makes it easy to identify, access, and manage needed care or services in a trusted way. It also supports individuals or families through stressful times and helps to ensure the safety and well-being of loved ones.
 
With Care Dimensions, you can expect to:

Care Dimensions Workforce Assistance
Caring for elderly parents or relatives is becoming a commonplace occurrence. It can have serious consequences for employees’ lives and productivity in the workplace.
 
Care Dimensions Workforce Assistance program provides confidential counseling and referral service to help manage the stress of work and caregiving because:

Care Dimensions can assist employees in locating appropriate services or provide direct care. This will help assure that their loved one is safe and properly cared for while at work or away. It helps employees develop life management skills necessary to keep them productive while managing a chronic illness. CD also provides health screening and health education, assessment, referrals, coordination and follow-up to help the employee maintain their care routine.
